A: Every new client starts with a complimentary meet & greet — either at your home or a nearby park, whichever you prefer. This gives us both a chance to make sure your pet is comfortable and that we’re a great fit before booking.

A: Occasionally, yes — and that’s exactly why we do a meet & greet first! If we feel nervous or unsure about a dog, we won’t move forward with care. Safety and comfort are always our top priority for both your pets and our team.

A: No. We are extremely cautious about which parks we visit and which dogs we interact with. If anything feels off or unsafe, we leave immediately to avoid any potential issues.
